Guy walks his dog through an isolated part of the park and he turns into a full blown voyeur when he notices an attractive girl suntanning in topless. She doesn't pay much attention to the dog or the owner but she does become suspicious when they were doing circles around her. She notices them both but it seems she hasn't busted the camera part of the story at all.
